Rate For All respects intellectual property rights and expects our users to do the same.
When you post a review on Rate For All, you retain ownership of your content. By posting, you grant Rate For All a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and reproduce your content on the platform. This license ends when you delete your content.
Users must not post content that infringes on the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party. This includes copying reviews from other platforms, posting copyrighted images without permission, and reproducing proprietary business materials.
If you believe content on Rate For All infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice through our Contact page. Your notice must include identification of the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed, identification of the content you want removed with enough detail for us to locate it, your contact information including name, address, phone number, and email, a statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized, and a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
If your content was removed and you believe it was not infringing, you may submit a counter-notification through our Contact page. We will restore the content within 10-14 business days unless the complainant files a court action.
The Rate For All platform is open source. However, user-generated reviews and ratings remain the property of their respective authors. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute user reviews without the express permission of the review author.
