Rate For All respects your right to control your personal data. You can request partial or complete deletion of your data at any time.
To delete your entire account and all associated data, log in to your account, go to Settings, and select Delete Account. This will permanently remove your profile information, email address, and account credentials within 30 days.
You can delete individual reviews at any time from your profile page. Click on the review you want to remove and select Delete. The review will be removed immediately from public view.
If you want all traces of your data removed from our systems, including any anonymized data, send a deletion request through our Contact page. Include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.
When you request full data deletion, we remove your name and email address, your profile information and photo, all your reviews and ratings, your login history and IP logs, and any other personally identifiable information. After deletion, your reviews will no longer appear on any business listing.
We cannot delete data that is required by law to retain, such as transaction records for tax purposes. We also cannot delete data that has been fully anonymized, as it can no longer be linked to you.
