Rate For All is built on trust. When mistakes happen, we believe in correcting them openly rather than hiding them.
If you posted a review and the facts have changed, or you made an error, you can edit your review at any time. We encourage users to update reviews rather than delete them. An updated review that shows how a situation was resolved is more valuable than a deleted one. When you edit a review, the updated date is displayed so readers know the review reflects current information.
If you are a business owner and your listing contains incorrect information such as wrong address, phone number, hours, or category, you can claim your listing and correct it yourself. If you cannot claim the listing, contact us through our Contact page with the correct information and proof of ownership.
If we discover errors in how our platform calculates ratings, displays information, or processes data, we will fix the error as quickly as possible, publicly acknowledge the issue and what was affected, and explain what we did to prevent it from happening again.
Reviews may be retracted by the original author at any time. Reviews may also be removed by our moderation team if they are found to violate our Terms of Use, contain demonstrably false statements of fact, are part of a coordinated fake review campaign, or contain personal information, threats, or hate speech. When we remove a review, we notify the author with the reason for removal.
If a business disputes a review and the reviewer stands by their experience, we do not take sides. Both the review and the business response remain visible. We only intervene when our Terms of Use are violated.
